Course Start UL Flight Certificate – Meet in Sövde on 15 September (Recruitment 2026)
Course start UL-B (Aircraft) or UL-G (Gyroplane)
Skånska Gyrokopterklubben offers a unique opportunity for you who has dreamed of becoming a pilot! Whether you want to begin your journey as an aircraft trainee (UL-B) or aim to take the controls of a gyrocopter yourself (UL-G), there is room to take your first steps together with us.
Tuesday, 15 September – meeting at Sövde Airport
We’ll meet on Tuesday, 15 September, starting at 17:00 at Sövde Airport. During the evening, we’ll cover:
- What it’s like to fly with us in practice
- What it takes to become a pilot
- What the path looks like to also become a club member
The club offers light refreshments, so you can ask questions at your own pace.
Introduction / skills assessment – weather permitting
If there is both weather and time, you may also be offered a shorter flight segment in the form of a introduction / skills assessment. The price for the flight is discounted to 400 SEK. Exact arrangements and execution take place on site based on prevailing conditions.
Pre-registration required – first come, first served (max 10 people)
There are a maximum of 10 spots to do a test flight, so please sign up early. Pre-registration is done by email to info@gyroflyg.se. No pre-registration is required to come by, listen, and get information.

- Feel free to indicate which focus you are most interested in: UL-B or UL-G

We meet at Sövde/Sjöbo airfield. Follow the signs from the road toward “Flygplats” and “Gyrokopter”, or get directions via Contact in the menu.
Prices
- Attending on 15 Sep and getting information is completely free.
- A test flight on 15 Sep costs 400 SEK.
