Course start UL flight certificate – meeting in Sövde on 15 September (recruitment 2026)
Course start UL-B (Aircraft) or UL-G (Gyrocopter)
Skånska Gyrokopterklubben offers a unique opportunity for you who have dreamed of becoming a pilot! Whether you want to begin your journey as an aircraft candidate (UL-B) or aim to fly a gyrocopter yourself by the controls (UL-G), there is room for you to take your first steps together with us.
Tuesday 15 September – meet at Sövde Airport
We’ll see you in the evening on Tuesday 15 September at Sövde Airport. During the evening, we will go through:
- What it’s like to fly with us in practice
- What is required to become a pilot
- What the path looks like to become a club member as well
The club will provide light refreshments, so you can ask questions at your own pace.
Introduction / skills assessment – if weather permits
Depending on weather and time, you can also get a shorter flight experience in the form of an introduction / skills assessment. The price for the flight is discounted 400 SEK. Exact arrangements and implementation take place on site based on prevailing conditions.
Program
- 16.00 - 18.00 - pre-booked trial flights
- 17.00 - the grill is lit
- 18.00 - 19.00 - information in the theory room
Pre-registration required – first come, first served (max 10 people)
There are a maximum of 10 spots for trial flights, so please register early. You pre-register by email to info@gyroflyg.se.

Find us
We will meet at Sövde/Sjöbo airfield. Follow the signs from the road toward “Flygplats” and “Gyrokopter”, or get directions via Contact in the menu.
Prices
- Attending the 15 September session and receiving information is completely free.
- Trial flights on 15 September cost 400 SEK.
