Prices and Payment

All prices are stated excluding VAT. Skånska Gyrokopterklubben is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Payment is made in advance before delivery.

Delivery

For goods not delivered electronically, delivery is made by post within ten days. If an item has a different delivery time, this is stated on the product page.

Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal applies for 14 days. Write a message to us stating that you wish to withdraw. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to keep the goods in the same condition as when you received them. You may not use them, but may carefully inspect them. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the goods are defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. For exchanges we pay the new shipping from us to you.

Refunds

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days of receiving the goods or, if it is a service, the notice of withdrawal. You pay the return shipping costs yourself. We always pay the shipping cost for sending replacement goods.

Data Policy

When you place an order with us you provide your name, email and optionally a phone number. By registering and placing an order you consent to us storing and using your details in our business to fulfil the agreement with you. You have the right under data protection law to access the information we hold about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you may request that it be corrected or deleted. Contact us by email in that case.

Cookies exist as session cookies and as cookies stored permanently on your computer.
